Join Downers Grove Park District for the fourth annual Dog Daze Event from 12-3PM on Saturday, Sept. 13, at Fishel Park!

Pack up your pooch and plan for a day of fun-filled activities for you and them. For the pups, we will have a non-competitive agility course, a splash zone, pet pampering station, free pup cups, a doggie fashion parade, photo booth, a peanut butter licking contest, and more! For the people, enjoy food vendors, pet vendors, and live music.

Live music performed by Naperville School of Rock. 

Photo Booth

Take home a snapshot keepsake of you and your pooch! This staffed photobooth will print a 4x6 for event attendees.

Non-competitive Agility Course

Dogs of all skill levels can enjoy navigating obstacles and showing off their playful side!

Foam Party 

Dogs are invited to jump into the fun with a pet-safe foam party. 

Splash Zone

Dogs can cool off and make a splash in a refreshing water play area, perfect for some wet and wild fun!

Pet Pampering Station

Treat your furry friend to some well-deserved TLC at our pet pampering station!

Peanut Butter Licking Contest

Presented by Downers Dental
Bring your pup to compete in our peanut butter licking contest, with separate divisions for small and large dogs. The fastest licker wins a prize!

Doggie Fashion Parade

Presented by Community Bank of Downers Grove
Pups can dress to impress and strut their stuff down the runway at the Doggie Fashion Parade. Be sure to bring your pooch's best costume!

    General Event Rules

    • Dogs must remain on a leash at all times unless in the Splash Zone or Agility Course Area
    • By attending the Dog Daze event, you will be expressly assuming the risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages or loss
    • Dog waste must be cleaned up by owners and disposed of in the provided receptacles
    • Unfriendly animals will not be permitted to participate
    • All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations
    • Food is not allowed in the Splash Zone or Agility Course
