The Park District has chosen to prioritize available space for Park District programs and events. Please be aware that rental requests outside of our facility hours of operation will be considered based on staff availability. Available rental space is limited.

Whether you're looking for space to play or room to gather, the Recreation and Fitness Center is the place to be. A 19,800 square-foot gymnasium can be converted into three full-size basketball courts, six full-size volleyball courts or 16 badminton courts. Our 2,070 square-foot multipurpose room can accommodate events for up to 80 guests.
Lincoln Center
This conveniently located community center offers room rentals for groups of 10 to 120 people. Perfect for business meetings, seminars or group gatherings. Amenities at this facility include an auditorium, gymnasium and newly renovated kitchen.
Reservations are considered on a seasonal basis according to the following calendar:
- For rental dates between January 1 and May 31, applications may be submitted on or after November 1.
- For rental dates between June 1 and August 31, applications may be submitted on or after February 1.
- For rental dates between September 1 and December 31, applications may be submitted on or after July 1.

Transform your next gathering into an unforgettable event! Reserve our exclusive shade structure with picnic tables at the sprayground and host the ultimate party experience. Shade structure reservations are available in 2-hour time slots 7 days a week during open hours.
belmont Golf club Clubhouse
The Dan Cermak Clubhouse at the Belmont Golf Club offers a park-like setting and a scenic panorama for social gatherings, group meetings or corporate functions. The Clubhouse includes use of the main and south rooms and can accommodate up to 60 people. The South room is perfect for small meetings and can accommodate up to 25 people.
