Cabin Fever Fitness Challenge


Beat cabin fever and stay active during the Stay at Home Order with the 4500 Fitness 14-day Cabin Fever Fitness Challenge! Choose your start date and then complete the workouts at your own pace and at your own level. Learn each movement with instructional videos provided by Les Mills and our very own Linda Ruff of 4500 Fitness.

How to Participate

  • Use the 14-day calendar to track your progress and view instructional videos.
  • No fitness equipment is required! You can increase the difficulty by using hand weights or soup cans.
  • For more fun and accountability, encourage friends or family members to participate.
