CONCERT CANCELED DUE TO UNFORESEEN ISSUES

STAY IN, ROCK OUT!

Following the guidelines established in the Restore Illinois Plan and anticipating that festivals and large gatherings will not be possible this summer, the Downers Grove Park District has made the difficult decision to cancel live concerts traditionally held at Fishel Park in 2020.

But don't worry! We're going to bring the FREE Concert Series to you at 7PM every other Tuesday evening from May 26 to Aug. 18!

This summer, the Concert Series can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home or backyard during live-streamed concerts hosted as the top post on our Facebook page @DownersGroveParks. Create a concert-like experience of your own by ordering curbside pickup or delivery from local restaurants and breweries!

June 9: Ethan Bell Band

After releasing their debut self produced album last year, the Ethan Bell Band is sky rocketing forward into new territory in 2020. In January of this year they made their Nashville debut at Live Oak off music row. Drawing influences from their Chicago roots and artists like Florida Georgia Line, HARDY, and Morgan Wallen the Chicago based country band left music city ecstatic as they brought their own flavor onto the scene.

Along with their Nashville debut, the band had their first show in Detroit March of this year. Things have come to a small halt with the Covid 19 in the summer months but the band has stayed positive with their new single "Drinking Boots" released May 29th 2020. With the work they have done with their new producer Tyler Cain, known for his work with Big N Rich, Darius Rucker and Megan Lindsey, the band plans on releasing another new single in the fall with hopes of a bigger album release in 2021. Get ready for a taste of Nasvhille Tennessee here in Chicagoland and welcome The Ethan Bell Band.
