- 3rd/4th Grade (Class #1445D02-01)
- 5th/6th Grade (Class #1445D02-02)
- 7th/8th Grade (Class #1445D02-03)
- High School (Class #1445D02-04)
- Adult (Class #1445D02-05)
- Free Agent Sign Up (Class #1445D02-06)*
Highlights
- $100 per team (includes a minimum of 3 games and a tournament shirt).
- Teams must have 3–4 players.
- Only one player needs to register—must provide names and email addresses for all team members.
- Players may not compete on multiple teams.
- Individual players may register as Free Agents*.
