Recovery Fundamentals – with Cynthia Rivera 
Preventing injury, burnout or breakdown isn’t just about luck! Gain insight into fundamental physical recovery aspects, and learn better ways to implement recovery practices that will help you bounce back stronger and healthier. Following this session, you’ll have the opportunity to sign up for a mini Myofascial Release session.

Golf & Fitness: Improve Your Swing with Enhanced Torso Rotation -  with Luanne Spiros
Strengthen your core, increase mobility, and improve rotational power to make your swing smoother, stronger, and more efficient. Perfect for golfers looking to elevate their game.

Bone Density: Understanding Osteoporosis & Osteopenia – with Anna Aquino
Learn what affects bone mineral density, the key risk factors, and how to protect your bones through simple nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise strategies. We’ll also touch on ways to reduce fall risk and support long-term bone health.

Senior Fitness: Building Strength, Flexibility, and Confidence for Life - with Jim McCarthy
The Senior Fitness segment will highlight the health and fitness challenges commonly faced by older adults and demonstrate how exercise supports their overall continuum of care. It will cover the design and implementation of strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular programs tailored specifically for senior clients, with the ultimate goal of helping each individual feel confident, capable, and fit for life.
