Join us for a day of food, live music, a craft fair, children's activities, a beer garden and fun for the entire family!
Live Music: DJ Coach Josh will kick off the day with music and dancing; The Hat Guys will take the stage from 12:30-2:30pm and 7th heaven will perform from 5-7pm
Food: Food from Emmett's Brewery, Real urban BBQ, Wells Street Popcorn and Miner Mike's Snack Shack will be on sale.
Beer & Cider: Beer from official beverage sponsor, Emmett's Brewing; Alter Brewing and #Dgparks, will be on sale from 11am - 6:30pm. Visit the cider tent to try a flight of fall hard ciders.
Fun & Games: Visit the Fresh Thyme Pumpkin Patch kids area for face painting, bounce houses and kids crafts. Adults can compete for cash prizes in the Alter Brewing Bags tournament at 3pm
Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest: An eating contest for kids with 6-9 and 10-14 year old divisions! Register on the day. Pies supplied by Fresh Thyme Farmers market. Contest will start at 3:15pm
Craft Fair: search for some handmade fall crafts in the craft fair, open from 10am
The double elimination tournament has two divisions, Competitive and Recreational, with cash prizes for the winning teams in each division. All bags and boards will be provided and each competitor will receive drink tickets to use at the Alter Brewing beer tent.(ages 21+ only)
The tournament costs $25. Players must be 18 years and above.

Fall Harvest Cider, Woodchuck: This cider has a complex and elegant character full of apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg balanced with a hint of American White Oak.
Peach County, Ciderboys Cider Company: Thirst quenching apple and ripe fuzzy peach collide in a fantasy blend. Crank up the piano keys. Dance if you want to. When summer breezes soar under the light of a crescent moon.
Cinnful Apple, Angry Orchard: Sweet with a slight heat. The juicy apple notes are complemented by cinnamon spice for a cider that is refreshing and smooth, yet warming.
Smith & Forge Hard Cider: a traditional hard apple cider made strong.

CALLING ALL CRAFTERS!! Showcase your craft to all of Downers Grove at our Harvest Festival! The fest will include live music, children's area, food and drink vendors, a bags tournament and more! Take this opportunity to sell your hand-crafted items, share ideas and techniques and spread the word about your talent!

The Pumpkin Patch Kids Area, sponsored by Fresh Thyme, features facepainting, bounce houses, fall crafts, pumpkin painting and more! Kids wristbands cost $8 per child for all-day entry to the Pumpkin Patch.
