Outdoor Facility Rental Fees & Charges
Have you started planning spring and summer get-togethers? Reserve a Downers Grove Park District park site by completing and submitting a park permit request form available at the Recreation Center, 4500 Belmont Road, Lincoln Center, 935 Maple Avenue or online. Outdoor facility permits are required for groups of 20 or more one week in advance of permit date. Resident groups may submit requests beginning the first business day in February and online registration begins February 4.
Nonresident groups may submit permits beginning the first business day in March. Athletic field rentals, including the new Doerhoefer Park synthetic turf field will be available online beginning the first business day in May. Registered REC Connect users may reserve athletic fields for May through August.
Please note that there is a fee for picnic site and park facility usage and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any Park District facility. Restrooms are available from April 7 through October 19. For more information, please call the Recreation Center at (630) 960-7250.
Online Rental Availability
To view online availability click on REC Connect and then click on the "Guest" button. Then mouse over the "Search" button located in the green highlighted bar to pull down options and pick "Facilities" when facilities expands pick "View Calendar" then choose a "Facility" and "Month" and "Year" then click "Search" to view availability. PLEASE NOTE: For rental requests less than 3 days in advance, please call the Park District as staff will try to accommodate your request if possible.
